Hi everyone,

Apologies for the delay in responding.

Currently we support credit card-based payments and support for PayPal will definitely be (re-)implemented in the coming months. We don’t have any news regarding other payment methods at present. I’ve updated the support article - thanks for pointing that out.

I’ve looked into this for you, and everything otherwise seems correct. If you’d like to verify that you have the correct pets, they can be accessed through the Cosmetics window. The default keybind for this window is the K button. Thanks for supporting us!

We have confirmed that the recent change is responsible for issue. We presently expect to have a proper solution for this problem in place sometime early next week.

In the meantime, the page has been updated to no longer show the locations assocated with sessions. This is a temporary workaround, and the locations will be made available when they are once again reliable. We’re very sorry for any inconvenience and concern caused.

Recently, some users may have observed sessions erroneously citing Seattle, Washington (US) as their location. This is a bug, and does not indicate your account has been compromised.

The account management service for Last Epoch was updated yesterday, and we currently believe that this regression was introduced at that time. We’ll provide more information here as it becomes available, and we’ll also post when this issue has been resolved.

We’d like to apologize for any concern this issue may have understandably caused.

I’d be happy to add some more at some point. If you (or others) post the name of the skill, or perhaps the name of the NPC, I could make sure the relevant art is an option. While I’m doing it I’ll try to remember to upload a portrait for each of the base classes.

While you’re welcome to post about ambient occlusion (or any other topic), please do not create new threads to argue with what someone said six months previously. It is intentional that threads automatically close themselves, and this will be seen as circumventing moderation if it is repeated. As will attempting to recreate this thread.

Threads on the forum should not be created to speak to one particular community member. The forum is a place for civil discussion; not somewhere to dig up old grievances.

I’ve fixed up a couple of forum-related issues for you. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Just to confirm - you do indeed own the $35 Ardent Gladiator supporter pack. Unfortunately, at present we’re not able to offer upgrades. We hope to make them available again early next year, however I don’t have an ETA to share regarding this right now.

The threshold had been 1 day for new users, and 7 for others.

I don’t see a strong argument to change the former - particularly with how quickly one ceases to be considered a new user. For the latter I can appreciate that the new limit may have been unduly harsh - however previously there was no limit at all, and imposing one was very much intentional. I’ll change it to 2 months, which is an approximation of the upper bounds of what I am comfortable with. I’m open to further discussion on the subject for sure. I don’t think it’s healthy for there to be no limit at all, and I’d be strongly opposed to returning to that.
