Thanks for posting. We’ve multiple members of the team actively working on both shadows & lighting. In addition to better optimization for both, there should be some pretty noticable visual improvements. This project will stretch across multiple patch cycles, and it’s too early to say how much (if any) of this work will be included in Patch 0.8. I hope we can count on your feedback when we start releasing pretty large changes to these next year.

If on Windows, have you tried setting Windows to show hidden files and folders?

If you’re definitely in the right folder and can’t find the file, could you please show us a screenshot of the files & folders present? It could help us figure out what went wrong.

Please do not conflate the number of players in a group and the number of people on a server.

While, by default (this can be configured in your preferences), the forum will desticky a thread for you after you’ve read it, I have some reservations about a large number of stickied threads potentially being intimidating for newer users. Hopefully this will be a good compromise which keeps attention on the thread but in a way that feels more approachable.

Dragged myself out of bed.

Chat should be available again. Changing zone might help, but you’ll probably need to restart the game client. Apologies for the inconvenience. In Patch 0.8 we’ll be completely replacing our in-game chat system - both the code and infrastructure will be brand new.

I believe there may currently be an issue with the chat server itself.

It’s after midnight here, but I’ll look into this tomorrow.
