I believe I’ve identified the cause for this.

I’ll need to discuss this with other engineers. We want the Ladder page available again soon, and I don’t think we’d be willing to delay that to fix this. If it’s not a quicker issue to fix than I suspect, we’ll likely remove the search button for now. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

First, I would like to thank you for your support. I recognize a lot of factors are weighed up when one decides whether to buy an Early Access game, particularly in cases where it is the first game developed by an indie studio. We really do greatly appreciate your early support.

When people buy Last Epoch through Steam, they should automatically be granted the full contents of the $35 Ardent Gladiator supporter pack. I have personally taken the responsibility for checking each of the items included in this package to see whether it was available to you - and in cases where it was not, manually assigned it to your account.

I’ve been discussing this situation with other members of our team, and we should be getting all instances of this problem resolved within the next week. The solution we are working towards is having all instances of players being directed towards our support team linking to our new support site, which will be available at https://support.lastepoch.com when it has been launched. We are unfortunately unable to assist in any way with refund requests in cases where the purchase is not made from us directly. It is up to other companies to decide their own refund policies and whether a particular transaction meets the refund policies that they offer.

We are unable to refund purchases made from other companies.

We have not received all of the money, nor have we any information pertaining to the transaction, nor do we have access to the payment systems of other companies.

While the need for a Last Epoch account was temporarily removed, it was always advertised as needing one. If you would like a refund for a Steam purchase, you will need to continue to discuss the matter with Valve. If you would like to delete your Last Epoch account, you should be able to do so from your account management page.
