If any game experiences instability with an overclock in place that is resolved by the overclock being removed, that would mean the overclock is not stable for all workloads. Either reducing the overclock or increasing the voltage could potentially prevent further crashing.

Please note we can cannot officially support overclocking, as we cannot accept responsibility for any damage which may be caused to overclocked hardware as that is outside of our control.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about this!

Could I please ask which Operating System you have? The troubleshooting which would be relevant are quite different depending on which OS your computer is using.

Can I ask if you restarted the game client prior to regretting the log? The file is recreated when the game client is opened and the log doesn’t contain much information.

Is this something that happens consistently or has it just happened once so far?

Thanks for the suggestions; we’ll be discussing them during a future design meeting.

One thing I’d add is that the core fantasy of the Beastmaster is to be actively fighting alongside your pets. Their activatable abilities being insta-cast might better realize that fantasy, as opposed to interrupting you and potentially making it feel more like a tag team situation. We’ll discuss alternative constraints for these skills and see where that goes.

Hi everyone,

I’m very sorry for the delay as we worked on resolving both this and other issues.

We have been testing a solution, and if all goes well we will be deploying it later today.

Our solution will address the following issues;

  • Steam users not having access to their Juvenile Skullen in-game pet MTX.
  • Steam users not having access to their ‘Ardent Gladiator’ forum badge.
  • Steam users not having been properly assigned their 350 Cosmetic Coins.

A few caveats for the sake of transparency;

  • A very small number of users with atypical names may need to contact us to have their forum supporter badges assigned by a member of staff manually. This will affect less than 1% of users, and will be caused by their names having properties which are difficult to account for. Examples include their account name having spaces or being particularly long. We will be providing an update on when it would be prudent to do thi...

I’ve heard back from him and he’s currently finishing some changes he’s been making to one of our APIs. I don’t have an ETA, but fixing this problem is next on his list.

Hi @Oupsimdead & @Stabthis,

Thanks for the post.

I’ve verified the bug and it’s on been added to our internal issue tracker.

We’ll look at the filter sometime in the future to review the words that are on it - and those that aren’t. It’s still quite busy here, so this may not be immediate. Filtering is client-side and we have done some of the initial work required to facilitate this being something users can toggle in the in-game settings menu, though finishing this isn’t currently seen as a priority.

Sorry for the delay - I think our web developer was asked to prioritize other work.

Until this is fixed you can use the Lost Password tool. I’m going to ask about the current status of this and will update the thread as soon as I’ve heard back from our web developer.

I’m going to lock this thread as it’s turning into multiple discussions about different issues - at least one of which we’re not going to be able to talk about over a public forum.

To clarify;

  • We are aware of some Steam users not having in-game pet MTX and are working on it.
  • We are aware that no Steam users have their forum badges yet and are working on it.
  • Steam users should be able to register a Last Epoch account through Steam after making their purchase, and from there log into the game without any problems.

@Lotte2525 If you haven’t already, could you please e-mail ...

Wait, is that the Steam version of the game?

The person in the other thread is posting about an error message being shown by our standalone launcher, which Steam users won’t have installed on their computers.

This is what I see when visiting the page;

@cgtyky is posting a specific error message, which @Liquidcyanide doesn’t seem to be getting. I’m going to separate these posts into different threads as a result.

Can I ask (both of you) whether you’re using a proxy or VPN?

Edit: Liquidcyanide appears to be a Steam user for whom the game client is crashing on startup. CGTYKY is using the standalone client and getting...

While posting a large amount of feedback as a First Impressions post can make sense, please do not include bug reports in threads posted outside of the Bug Reports section, as this makes it much harder for us to track them. Different members of the team do different work, and they consequently check different sections of the forum.

We cannot guarantee that bug reports posted in this section will be investigated.
