Thank you for the report. The bug is actually that the tooltip is suggesting you get the three piece set bonus. Death Rattle is not part of the Isadora’s Betrayal item set.

This set is comprised of;

• Isadora’s Revenge (helm)
• Isadora’s Gravechill (gloves)
• Isadora’s Tomb Binding (belt)

Questions about refunds for purchases through Steam would be best posed to Valve themselves.
