At release Last Epoch will support both online-only and offline-only characters.
 

Cosmetic Coins aren’t available yet - we haven’t implemented the MTX store, as we’re prioritizing work on the game itself - but if you buy through Steam, you will get them.

There’ll be fixes included for this quest in our next patch.

Buying Last Epoch through Steam will get you the $35 Ardent Gladiator supporter pack.

We’re currenly investigating a couple of bugs relating to this - we’re aware that many people buying through Steam don’t have a supporter badge, and that some people - regardless of whether they bought through Steam - don’t have access to their Cosmetic Pets.

Sorry about this guys! Our service provider is working on the problem. The information we’ve gotten from them is that some of their servers have been reaching capacity, causing subsequent connections to be redirected to servers which are further away.

There are no plans to make Last Epoch available through any one store exclusively.

This is on the list of things planned to be in for release, but I can’t offer an ETA yet.

I can confirm that the above workaround has been working for people experiencing this. We’re currently looking into what’s causing it so that we can include a fix in a future patch.

Sorry about this - we’re looking into what’s causing this. A workaround we’ve found is that lowering all graphical settings to the lowest possible option prevents the crash from occurring. We’ll include a proper fix in a patch as soon as we’re able to.

Last Epoch will be $15 at release, and the $10 supporter pack is a discounted prepurchase. It doesn’t include beta access. I’d suggest e-mailing [email protected] about this.
