There’s currently a bug preventing the Ardent Gladiator supporter badge being shown for those who bought through Steam. We should have this resolved in the near future.

We absolutely agree with you here.

Last Epoch entered beta less than a week ago, and the optimization is as much of a work in progress as other aspects of the game. You can expect continual improvements here.

Spellblade is definitely in a strong place currently. Ice Ward will be replaced in the future - as will Fire Shield - as they’re both quite passive for ‘active’ skills.

We’ve discussed pets having some interaction with loot - we feel that this is either borderline Pay To Win, or at the very least Pay For Convenience in a way not becoming of a Buy To Play game such as Last Epoch. During that discussion we also discussed the possibility of giving people 1 - 2 free pets to balance things out. Our decision was that this would be quite immersion breaking and would be increasing our workload to force the idea to work. We’ll probably keep pets as being purely cosmetic - we think that’s the fairest option.

So, to clarify - currently the vendor resets after not having been interacted with for ten minutes. We’ll probably be making changes here in the future - this is just the current functionality.

Is this the standalone client or the Steam client?

We won’t do that as it would make resummoning pets until you get one feel pseudo-mandatory.

It’s intended to just be a bit of fun.

This is not a design decision; increasing zone persistance is on the list of things to do, it’s just not something we’ve gotten around to just yet. We’ll be improving this during beta.

My initial suspicion is that the forum is looking at a Cloudflare IP address. We mighn’t be able to work on this for a bit - it’s a very busy time for us currently - but this is definitely fixable.

Sorry, we’re looking into this issue.

Could you try setting your graphics settings to the lowest possible value? Everyone I’ve seen with this problem has said that this workaround has helped. We’ll get a proper solution in soon.
