So unfortunately this isn’t as elegant as what I’d like - I think you’d need to have your friend register a Last Epoch account, then e-mail [email protected] yourself and we’ll work on getting him set-up. Afterwards he can claim the Steam key through our website.

I’ve updated your account’s forum permissions.

We need to know what you mean by ‘crashes’, as that’s an umbrella term often used to describe multiple subtly different issues. Is an error message shown? If so, what does it say? If not, does the client just silently close? Does it remain open but frozen?
Additionally, could you please show us your game log file and system information?

@Huntedknight Has somebody already helped you with this? Are you using the Steam client or the standalone client? From what I can see it should be working for you now.
