I believe this is a shader problem. I’ll raise it with the team.

We’ve fixed a bug which affected this quest.
Sorry about that!
@GeoGalvanic I believe both of those changes were made intentionally last year.
Please e-mail [email protected] about this.
This is a known bug we’re looking into.
Apologies for the inconvenience!
5 posts were split to a new topic: No access to cosmetic pets
Some users not having access to their cosmetic pets (even after having had them in alpha) is a known bug. Unfortunately there’s not much else I can say on it at the moment.
Hi @IFIYGD,
According to the forum you have a Seeker supporter pack. This includes a digital copy of the game at release, but doesn’t include beta access - this is why you can’t redeem a Steam key. I believe one of my colleagues has already responded to your e-mail about this, but as you posted here too I just wanted to follow-up to make sure you saw our response.
Thanks for the report! This is a known issue.
Moving thread to Bug Reports.
Hey there!
So to clarify - it’s not that we’ve chosen to obfuscate that information. Creating skill tooltips which reliably give accurate information is a lot of work, and it’s just something that we haven’t finished working on yet. You can definitely expect to see this implemented during beta.
Because we did something stupid.
This isn’t intended and we’ll get it fixed soon. Sorry about that!
Is this happening in a specific area?
It may be worth looking at this thread.
Thanks for the report!
Does the game crash if you click on a skill in your action bar to change it?
If the game crashes again, could you please attach your log file?

This is not a bug. Moving to Feedback and Suggestions.
Thanks! We’ll get this corrected in a future patch.
We do sincerely appreciate the feedback.
Please understand that different members of the team work on different things - I love our lead developer, but nobody wants him creating character animations, just as nobody wants our concept artist to be trying to optimize the performance of damage over time effects.
We absolutely recognize that the game has a long way to go in terms of optimization - we acknowledge this, we take it seriously, and there are improvements coming. However please do forgive us if we also work on other things - I really don’t think the community will benefit from us not letting other staff do their jobs until framerates have improved.
Please see this support article and use the Contact Us link at the end if you need a hand.
You will never be able to bring a previously offline character online.
The current series of supporter packs will be available until the game is released next year.
