PR play no role in player feedback or player facing communication, they mostly work with game media. Community folks are in meetings directly with all representatives of publishing and development. We work directly with teams on issues and opportunities.

There are a few different disciplines that would be involved in the discussion from Release Management, Production, etc. Not sure if that was a sincere question but we’d work with all the stakeholders who work on product change moments.

We have goals we work toward but there are cases where risks need to be addressed before there are confirmations. Sometimes those decisions to release or not can come in very hot. We’ll work to be more communicative around ambiguity.
I think that’s the biggest challenge, we navigate a lot of ambiguity in game development and the status of a build, as an example, can change. We do understand the ask for more visibility on the status of releases and we’ll work with the team on it.

Ok, will do, in the meantime we’ll also continue to share updates that concerns are heard and progress is being made to improve.

This daily spending limit is an anti-fraud measure. We do work with Steam on navigating these challenges. Appreciate the feedback on how it is impacting folks.

Thanks for your feedback, game development is a fluid environment and sometimes dates can change. Appreciate your feedback on the timing of when content goes on our website and is introduced into the game.
We do hear the feedback on clearer communication about upcoming changes and we’ll work with the team to improve on what we are able to share and when.

Please note we will have weekly update’s and major monthly releases. Weekly updates typically not contain major features, content, etc.

As our game has launched fairly recently, we are working with the development team, designers, and production on producing a revised roadmap that best suits this version of the game and this playerbase, we will share that roadmap as soon as possible.

I understand there is a temptation to assign all good or bad things to either the publisher or the developer but we are working in partnership, making decisions together, and ultimately share responsibility for the game and community equally. I understand folks have concerns and frustrations, we are working to address these issues, provide updates, and make the right decisions moving forward.

I understand that too, if you read up you’ll see I was responding to multiple comments about skins.

We do know folks want more skins as soon as possible and we’re making that feedback heard loud and clear.

I would assume that if they weren’t available for all playable classes that would create a new problem, right?

This is extremely toxic and lacks all humanity. Talking about people feeding their families or not because of a video game? Who hurt you?

My understanding is that many of those skins are not prepared for all the current classes in the game, in particular classes that have been added globally most recently, so cannot be implemented until they are rigged for all currently available class models.

I am not aware of any changes to honing based on Beta feedback, but I will check with the right team members.

First off, Hey Helleios, good to see you.
Secondly, I apologize if it feels like by saying we learned a lot from the launch and player feedback and data feels like we’re shifting some kind of blame. That is not at all our intention. We certainly take responsibility for having to make changes to our plans.

Changes happening on a global level definitely impact our version and plans.

Following launch, we learned a ton of valuable insights from player data and feedback, which wasn’t available prior to launch, not at this scale.

This is a big challenge, for folks who were playing Lost Ark in other regions they want a 4 year old version of the game today. We’re working with the devs to figure out the right sequence to introduce content, features, and classes without creating new problems and pain points. Smarter folks than me are figuring it out and we’ll share details as soon as we possibly can.
