We actually did have regional pricing prior to launch and it was globally exploited so heavily we had to remove it.
I definitely understand the feedback that pricing has to be reasonable for different markets around the world, but the solutions may not be as easy as they seem. I will continue to provide this feedback to the right teams and see if a solution is possible. Thanks for your patience.

Hey folks, thanks for writing out your feedback as a Brazilian player.
Heading toward launch we actually did not have the publishing rights for Brazil, we weren’t working to localize the game for the region since we were not permitted to publish the game there. We were able to secure some additional publishing rights before launch but we weren’t able to localize the game due to the extensive amount of time required to do that. I will follow up with the team on our post launch efforts to better support Brazil and we’ll work to provide updates.
Regarding local pricing, I will definitely continue to provide feedback to our business team but i do know that a challenge to solve is how to prevent exploitation of regional pricing from harming the game. This isn’t an area I am an expert in but I will share your feedback with the right folks.
Finally, regarding dedicated Community resources for BR-PT we do have some existing resourced but to your point we do not have dedicated...

You could also phrase this, "I would prefer to see CEST or GMT here instead of UTC. That way your feedback is constructive and less insulting and sensationalized.

The compensation was awarded to everyone who may have been impacted based on the data available to us before the server issue. We do not have the ability to see the specific impact of individuals so the fairest thing to do was to make sure everyone who could have been impacted was compensated.

Server transfer functionality does not yet exist for Lost Ark, unfortunately it isn’t a possible solution.

I believe the Korean server was offering manual transfers for some period of time, but ultimately server transfer functionality does not exist, or we could have avoided a lot of the issues we are experiencing.

Server transfer functionality is not currently available for Lost Ark. If this changes we will definitely communicate it as it will solve a lot of issues players are experiencing.
