Since our launch last week, we have been doing maintenance to address critical issues as soon as the developers provide a build and QA has time to test it. I do understand the benefits of these fixes may not always be visible to players, but they are needed and have been of critical importance.
Looking ahead, as we have optional hotfixes, patches, and updates we can work with the community to find a rollout plan that works better.

Unfortunately, we can’t process ban appeals through the forums, please use the ban appeal process on the Support hub.

Unfortunately character transfer functionality does not currently exist, so we will continue to do the best we can to solve existing server issues without that functionality.

Please request a refund from the storefront where you purchased content.

This is correct, a scalable fix isn’t possible unfortunately.

I do understand the frustration of downtimes when you want to be playing. Please understand that as we are still basically in our launch window, we are rapidly identify issues that are occurring in the live game environment and the team is hustling to get them fixed as soon as possible.
When we get to a place where these maintenance windows, patched and updates can be scheduled we certainly want to find a solution that works for our global audience.
But to be clear, my understanding is there maintenance windows are to do critical, mandatory work to address or prevent larger problems.

We obviously do not condone this behavior and we are working on moderation improvements and optimizing our tooling to address these issues. In the mean time, please report these folks and then block them. During major launch windows moderation is always a struggle but eventually the pool filter starts to do its job and the bad actors get washed out.

I will follow up with the team and see if there is an update on this issue. Thanks for continuing to surface it.

We do have the publishing rights for Turkey. But we do not have plans at this time to localize additional in game languages, if that is what you mean. We will definitely announce if/when those plans change.

But at the end of the day, it is about creating enough resources and capacity to hold the volume of folks who want to play. There are limitations across a variety of vectors including hardware and game architecture.
We are very actively working to improve the situation in every way possible, small and large.

Server transfers, as folks above have mentioned, do not exist yet as a functionality. We all certainly wish they did and we have asked the developer’s to prioritize their implementation for future use.

When we have definitive info we will definitely share.
I think a challenge with keeping folks current in fluid situations is the possibility of interpreting all status updates as promises then creating rage when changes happen. Obviously you folks are reasonable, calm, understanding people. But not everyone is. So it puts game teams in a position where they are only comfortable sharing information they believe will not change.
I will say the team is working around the clock, literally, to get all possible improvements in place as soon as possible.

We do definitely care and the team is working around the clock to solve these issues. Lost Ark being live in other regions for years is unrelated to the problems we are experiencing with server queues. We are absolutely doing everything we can to improve this situation as quickly and fairly as possible.

I have a lot to catch up reading on this thread but I want to start by saying I personally have a very low tolerance for starting a feedback thread with “This will kill the game” or “Everyone will leave tomorrow” kind of sensational takes in order to gain attention to your posts. Please do your best to provide your feedback as representative of what you personally think and avoid making statements that speak on behalf of everyone.

I get that you are upset, this experience has been awful, and I am not offended by your insults.

I understand folks are frustrated, please do your best to keep it civil.

Thanks for your feedback, I can understand wanting to skip cut scenes but not being able to is not the experience you want to be having. I think folks are responding negatively to your assertion that you are a victim of harassment and take issue with you reporting people for potentially just wanting to watch cut scenes.
We have not seen any other reports on this issue but will monitor for more.

Totally understandable ask, we are working hard to stabilize post-launch and soon we will be able to start looking forward and sharing more information about all the great things to come.
