Appreciate the suggestions, I will check them out and share with the team.

I think the inconsistency comes from the urgency of addressing issues within the first month or two of launch. Over time we’ll have fewer urgent issues we’re working to resolve and can be more predictable and consistent in our down times for maintenance.
Thanks for this feedback, will share with the moderation team and hopefully they can continue to refine how this tool works.
You can both be a team working together and have issues you are working on to improve.
This issue is about communicating downtimes further in advance. We’ll work on this by pushing for earlier notices of incoming downtimes so we can communicate those to players.
Sounds like you may need to contact customer support. Moving to the support section where you can get the attention of the support team…
We’re definitely aware of this issue, the problem so far is that for hotfixes and fast patches we just aren’t getting enough lead time from the developers that a downtime is needed. We understand this is frustrating and is a bad experience. We’ll continue to work with the team to get more advanced notices out for downtimes.
There is a pattern of behavior where positive things are attributed to SGR and negative things are attributed to AG, but the reality is we work in close partnership and make decisions together.
Since launch we have been learning so much about this player base and what this version of Lost Ark need to be now and in the future. There is some uncertainty, and it is uncertainty the team is actively working through. So I think that uncertainty is definitely being felt by the players.
I definitely understand the ask for large clarifying statements, more roadmap transparency, and communication on all the outstanding questions players have. I can say, the team is 100% working on these things, it is a top priority, and we care about this a lot.
Of course, they are the developers of Lost Ark. We are working closely with them on everything related to the game. What would lead you think think otherwise?
“How was work today, dear?”
“Oh, I was told I am of no real value.”
My guess is weeks, but we should definitely frame whatever we communicate as subject to change based on player base game play data. We want to stay flexible and responsive with the content and features introduced to keep the game healthy and players happy.
It is more like a game of whack a mole where you squash one site from some random part of the world and another two spring up. The real solution is likely to continue investing in detection and moderation tools for these accounts and to disrupt the way they operate.
Regardless, we do care about this issue and the team is working to address it in a variety of ways (since a single approach would not be enough).
Thanks for this feedback, it sounds like a bug, I will share this info with the team.
We are currently working with our developer, Smilegate RPG, to rework our roadmap based on our most recent data on player progression and game telemetry. It is important to us that we communicate a vision of what is ahead but it is also important that we also want to make sure it is the right roadmap for our players. We will share updates as soon as everything is locked.
Moving thread to Bug section.
Thanks for the suggestion, will certainly share it with the team.
Unfortunately, we are not able to get to all the responses we receive as quickly as we’d like to and we try to respond to as many quality posts as we can. I do appreciate your thoughtful feedback and appreciate your patience waiting for us to read and respond.
As mentioned above, we are currently reworking the roadmap with Smilegate RPG to reflect where our player base is currently at in terms of progression and gameplay.
Thanks for the thoughtful and detailed feedback. Since launch the team has been closely monitoring player data and progress. We are working with our developer, Smilegate RPG, on a roadmap that provides the right content and features at the right time based on the progression rates of our player base. We do hear the concern that players may feel pressured to pay in order to keep up with the pace of the game and this is not something we want. We’ll provide more updates and details on how we’ll roll out future content as soon as possible.
Suggestion noted, thank you!
