Its a difficult situation, we learned a lot from launch, we’re working with our developers at Smilegate RPG to identify the future that is right for this versions of Lost Ark and the way it is being played by our player base. These decisions are taking more time than anyone would like but we want to arrive at the best decisions possible for everyone.

They definitely aren’t, I am clearly talking directly to people. You can’t both be frustrated that nobody is talking to you and then troll them when they do.

I don’t think we’ll be releasing the roadmap this week, but we definitely want to get it shared as soon as possible and it will include details on the April release and more.

I am sorry this feels copy paste, unfortunately we don’t have new information to share but are expected to provide responses. The team is working to finalize and communicate the roadmap. It is urgent work. It won’t be shared tomorrow, we will share it as soon as we possibly can.

We understand everyone wants the roadmap yesterday. We have tried to be open that we made mistakes in the original version of the roadmap that was locked prior to launch and we’re working with our developers to rework the roadmap to be better for this region’s players. That is a good thing. I understand it isn’t happening as quickly as we want but the long term outcome will be much better.

Unsure how you came to this conclusion based on my comments.

They aren’t run by the same studio, but also you have to consider the amount of time it went into locking and sharing that post, which is what we are doing.

It isn’t that we want to “cover our butts” but just be accurate and detailed in the information we share so folks have the right expectations. People look at roadmaps like promises from their mom on Christmas morning and less like a plan going into a fluid development environment where we listen to feedback and review data and make changes.
We are working with Smilegate RPG to lock a roadmap for the near future and will share it as soon as possible. We do know this info is a top priority for many of our players and we’re earnestly working to share it as soon as we can.

We did announce a planned date to share a roadmap but that has since changed. Which, understandably has been frustrating. So you can understand why we aren’t going to communicate new target dates for a roadmap until we have every detail locked and we have a very high level of confidence.

Thanks for your feedback on the amount of daily/weekly end-game gameplay opportunities. I will be sure to include your perspective in our weekly reporting with the development and production teams.

Thanks for these reports, we are working to remove bots in waves and continue to improve tooling to remove them at scale. This will be an ongoing effort and no one solution will solve it at scale, but it is a priority for the team and we’ll keep working to address the bot problem.

We do not currently utilize in-game GMs. This is unfortunately not a viable solution to problems. We are focused on improved tooling and ways to address these issues at scale. Thanks for your patience.
