That is a consideration, however we won't make any decisions until after the RR is unlocked and how things go then.

We are not going to do that simply because a small handful of people cannot wait for more than what has currently been just over 1 week.

Not at all. The thread was constantly being derailed into political / global happenings discussions that have no place on this forum and causing a strain on moderation. Since the topics been locked, it's stopped entirely on the forum.

The topic has remained locked once again on cool down so people understand that it's not ok to keep ignoring warnings. Once we unlock it, if it continues to keep happening there, the future of the topic itself will be considered if it's causing more issues than it's worth.

Also I would remind you for the second time, the use of alt / second accounts on this forum is forbidden. That includes using them to upvote yourself (we can see votes and who gives them) even if you have separate accounts for console and PC. You will not be warned about it again as it is a direct breach of game rules.

We will open the RR topic when there are Dev blogs to talk about.

However if it goes off track again like the last time, it will be closed for even longer.

However please note, you will need to be more specific and detailed than just "fix the BR"

During the past week, despite several clear warnings to avoid off topic / global / political discussions and several cool down locks, a significant number of people, who themselves have also been personally warned, chose to ignore those warnings after each topic lock, ignore the forum rules and continue to breach them. The topic itself is causing a significant drain on moderation who have to respond to reports, rule breaches and warnings from those who decide to continue to keep taking things down the wrong path. This seems to emulate and be exploited specifically within the Rumour Roundup topic.

As such, we have taken the decision to close the topic until dev blogs resume, when there is reasonable grounds to use the topic again and monitor it closely. For the time being, there is no reason for the topic to be used as all other relevant areas of the forum are open as per usual.

We do not have any plans to change the way we deliver blogs or news content whilst we observe this period of reduced activity for reasons very clearly evident and explained now.

Please be patient during this period, enjoy the game and when we resume news, the structure will be more or less as before.
