Adventurers,

We are going to be performing maintenance at 2022-02-15T07:59:00Z to deploy a hotfix to apply the following fixes:

  • Added stability improvements for EU Central servers.
  • Fixed an issue where dying the Northern Lawmaker skin on any Warrior sub-class would prevent the skin from displaying properly.

This downtime should take approximately 3 hours.

It has been an amazing first week. We’ve seen incredible support from our players and we want to express our gratitude for helping make Lost Ark as big as it is here in the West! We are also very aware of issues that the community have been experiencing and wanted to take some time and address some of the top concerns we have seen in the past few days.

Missing Premium Content and Store

We have received reports and have confirmed that items are missing from Product Inventory, the Store is unavailable in-game, and Crystalline Auras are missing from characters.

While these things sound like they could be different issues, they are actually all linked to one root cause. For these entitlements, two different servers need to talk to each other, the game server and the commerce server. Hey there everyone!

In talking with our server team they are asking that everyone experiencing G0x9-SPELPWP1P2NT or similar errors to try and fully log out of the game and then try and log back in.

If you are still having issues would you kindly provide the following information (again, if you already have above):

  • Region:

  • Location you were last in while playing (i.e. Luttera Castle):

Greetings, adventurers!

The Lost Ark servers will be coming down 2022-02-11T13:00:00Z for a hotfix. Downtime is estimated to last up to 4 hours.

Issues being addressed in this hotfix include the following:

  • Fixed area chat, which now will allow all players to talk to other players in a given area.

  • Fusion Material rewards from the Welcome Challenge have been increased to better support player progression.

  • Mari’s Secret Store will now display the regional server time instead of UTC.

  • Fixed quest dialog UI to avoid text overlap on certain 4K resolutions.

  • Player names will no longer be shown as “Unknown Player” in Voice Chat UI.

  • The words “Royal Crystals” and “Crystalline Aura” are now displaying in non-English languages in the Steam overlay when finalizing a transaction.

I saw your post in the Discord and now I am seeing you here :smiley:

What you are experiencing is super weird. I can’t make it happen on either my work machine or my personal machine in either Chrome or Firefox.

This might be something that isn’t within our control.

This is implemented in Lost Ark. Our Game Moderation team reviews all reports before taking action, nothing is automated for in game reports. Multiple reports only brings an issue to the Game Moderation team’s quicker.
