Thank you for the screenshots you provided. Would you be able to do some test, so we can check how the game behaves?

We'd need you to test the following:

  • If you use DirectX 12, does the issue persists?
  • If you swap the monitor position in Windows settings, and set your second monitor to be on the left hand side of your main monitor, does the problem disappear?


To set the position of your second monitor, you could try these steps:

I'm sorry that you've had an issue with Anno 1800.

Is the game crashing when you delete all the houses? Are you deleting them 1 by 1 or all at the same time?

The issue has been reported and it is currently being investigated. As a potential workaround, you could try to choose the path that will lead to good relationships between Emperor Ketema and Angereb`s Prince Khaleb.

Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Support.

In order to complete this achievement, could you test this:

  • Buy a flame-thrower or a Pyrphorian Warship from Anne Harlow
  • Attack an enemy ship and set it on fire


If it doesn't work on your first try, keep trying as it should unlock the achievement for you.

Alternatively, you can also build the Pyrphorian Warship after obtaining the legendary ship specialist item Slinky Sinistra, Warlock of Pyrphorian Warships and placing it into a Harbourmaster's Office within range of your shipyard.
