I've spoken to the relevant team regarding this.
They've confirmed that For Honor is currently experiencing degradation on the PC servers.
They are currently working to get this resolved and get you back online

Can you confirm the region you're in, the platform you were playing on, and roughly when this happened

Do you get any errors when the controllers disconnects?
Does the controller only disconnect in For Honor, or does this happen with other games as well? Have you possibly got a second controller you could test?

Can you go through the steps listed here to make sure your connection is set up correctly for the game. This should minimize disconnections from the game. If you're still experiencing frequent disconnections after this, can you please let us know.
