I'm sorry that voice chat is not working for you. Has it worked in this game previously? Please try verifying your game files, then disabling your background applications:

1. Close all open programs and reboot your PC.
2. Press the Windows and R keys simultaneously.
3. Type msconfig into the box and press Enter.
4. Choose Selective startup.
5. Uncheck Load startup items.
6. Reboot your system.

Let us know if the issue persists. Please also check your audio settings and ensure your mic is the input selected.

This issue was identified and fixed in the current version of the game, and we couldn't verify it again after that. If this is still happening, could you show us a screenshot/video?

I'm sorry you're not getting the keys. The devs are aware of this and are looking into it, and any update will be posted in the forums.

In terms of caches/ammo boxes, are these specific ones on random? I would suggest running through this FAQ, as it may help with both issues.

Hey there, thanks for getting in touch! The developers are currently investigate strange turret/drone behaviour, so I would appreciate it if you answer these questions for them:

- Can you provide a video of this behaviour?
- For the turret, was it thrown or quick-deployed?
- Does the issue only occur when the enemies are not engaged (including between enemy waves)?

Once answered, I will be able to forward this information to the developers.

Hey there!

Yes, the regions do indeed affect in-game purchases. Both the account and game need to be the same region for the credits to appear in game. You would need to contact PlayStation Support regarding this.

I would advise against using any macro software when playing the game. I cannot guarantee that you would be safe from a ban, however I cannot go into more detail to protect the integrity of our cheat detection methods.
