Thanks for getting in touch, and I'm sorry you are unable to trigger this mission. Might be an obvious question, but does restarting the game help at all?

If not, could you please run through this guide (as these issues are usually connectivity related) and let us know if the issue persists?

I am sorry that this is happening. Could you please try deleting your config file, located here:

%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Tom Clancy's The Division 2\

After this, please adjust your display settings again (Full screen, FPS etc) and let me know if the issue persists.

This is not possible - the FPS is based entirely on your settings on PC. Can you please show us a screenshot of your graphical settings?

I'm not a developer/programmer so can't really comment on how difficult it would be to fix, but I can tell you that the developers know that this is an issue.
