Hey there, I'm gad you got this resolved! Sometimes simply leaving the game and reopening can resolve issues like this, so keep that in mind if it happens in future.

Hi there!

This error occurs when you are logged in to the incorrect account that you bound the game with originally.

If this is a fresh copy of the game and your brother never had it before, then it should work. From what you have described, we would need your brother to create a case so we can look into this further.

Hey there, thanks for getting in touch! I'm sorry that you are running into this issue. Due to technological limitations two players are only able to play from the same network if one of them invites the other. Please keep in mind that you will have to complete port forwarding to the system that is the host, although I imagine you've already done so. Here's an FAQ with the ports, just in case.

Alternatively you both can play if you get invited to groups by people outside of the local network.

Hey there, thanks for getting in touch! I'm sorry that you are unable to purchase Steel. Try deleting the cache folder, as this has been known to cause issues previously:

• Close the game and Steam.
• Navigate to the appcache folder in your Steam installation files (by default, this will be in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\appcache).
• Locate the folder named httpcache and delete it.
• Restart Steam and the game and try again.

If the issue persists, could you please provide a screenshot of the exact error message so we can investigate further?

I am sorry that you are unable to connect to a match correctly. It sounds like the game is connecting to a game in some way, and the disconnecting before you actually join. This is then making the game think you have abandoned the match and thus you are given a temporary suspension.

Hey doganns! Thanks for getting in touch, and I'm sorry you are having issues with your NAT type.

Changing configurations has more than likely led to this issue. Have you forwarded your ports since then? Your new PC more would probably have a different IP assigned to it, therefore would need its ports forwarded.

Try reinstalling Ubisoft Connect from a fresh installation file rather than Steam/the game. Feel free to create a thread if the issue persists!

Hey there! I'm sorry that you are being prompted for a CD Key - this should not be happening for this game. Please try deleting the cache of Ubisoft Connect and testing again. If the issue persists, try reinstalling Ubisoft Connect and let us know if this still keeps up after that.

Hey there!

This means that you are logged into the incorrect Steam account. You need to launch the game through Steam if you got it from there - if Ubisoft Connect is sending you to the Steam store page, then you're not logged in to the correct Steam account.

Hey Clarkarm!

You need to launch the game from your Steam account if you used to play on Steam - this will prompt Ubisoft Connect to open. As long as you log in with the same Ubisoft Account you used previously, you should be able to play. If you need help recovering your account. please create a case and we'll investigate further!

The fact that the game is working there tells us that the issue is with the home connection.

Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

I'm sorry that this is happening - there's definitely something wrong here as your PC should be able to run this a lot more smoothly. Please verify your game files:

1. In Uplay, click on Games tab at the top of the window
2. On the next screen, hover over the game tile. This will make a little arrow appear at the bottom right of the tile
3. Click on this arrow to make a drop-down menu appear, then click on Verify files

After this, disable your background applications:

1. Close all open programs and reboot your PC.
2. Press the Windows and R keys simultaneously.
3. Type msconfig into the box and press Enter.
4. Choose Selective startup.
5. Uncheck Load startup items.
6. Reboot your system.

Please test the game after this, and let me know if the issue persists.

Hey there!

The Russian version includes Russian subtitles, however you should be able to select English audio. Are you missing this option as well?
