Thanks for your continued reports of this issue. The developers have reviewed the information so far provided but require further details / resources to look further into this, as it isn't something they've encountered when trying to reproduce the issue. Could you please tell me the following as such:

• What activity (ie. quest, world event) did you complete that earned you the four skill points to exceed 400?
• Did you stop assigning skill points at 398 points (ie. use all and be left with zero) before gaining these additional four, or did you have some skill points left to spend at the time of receiving the four additional points?

I've reported this to the developers to see if it is intended behaviour (to ensure that players can acquire the design) or a bug. If I receive an update, I'll post again.

I would ask that you refrain from tagging us in the future - we look into each issue as soon as we can, and will reply as soon as possible.

You can record on your mobile phone if you're unable to record on your console directly - the only thing I ask is that you ensure the full screen is visible and legible, and there are no reflections that might obstruct what the developers need to see (e.g. sun glare).

From what I know Stowe and Erke should be available to interact with at the villa after the quest, so if you can navigate there and show that they're either not present or you can't talk to them even if they are, that would be ideal. Thanks! ...

I've merged all of your threads on this issue together to form a megathread - sorry if your previous conversations have become a little disjointed because of this!

As my colleague Ubi-Swaggins requested, a video demonstrating this issue would be very helpful to us, so that we can pass it to the devs and hopefully get the issue reproduced on their end. I've submitted a report of the issue as is, but it is likely they'll need some images or video clips to fully understand what is going on, so any that could be provided would be gratefully received!

Please continue to update us here if you find any workarounds or manage to progress in the meantime.
