As we confirmed in multiple other threads, there was no early access nor beta available for Assassin's Creed Valhalla. Testing keys are not something that we provide to players either - I apologise for any disappointment!

Please check beta announcements and availability from our official brand websites and the "Betas and Tests" section on our account management website in the future!

Hey mk.91,

From the specs posted, there is a slim chance that your laptop will be able to run the game on the very minimum settings, however I can't guarantee this. Your GPU falls below the minimum requirements, and as you are using a mobile / laptop build - which we don't support for any of our games - there is no guarantee that its performance will match up with the minimum spec desktop build our system requirements outline.

Hey Yukiyoroi and HawkSE, thanks for posting about the issues you're experiencing with launching Assassin's Creed Valhalla. I'm sorry to hear that these crashes are occurring on the splash screen.

If you have the game installed on a drive formatted as a Microsoft Storage Space Device (MSSD), please be advised that these are not compatible with the game and will cause the game to crash. You will need to install the drive on a conventional storage device in order for it to work.

As far as I can see from your accounts, the game is activated correctly and the versions you have are accessible / playable, so I'm puzzled as to why you're both unable to play!

Can you please try the following in sequence, only trying the next step if the previous fails:

- Check that you are signed into the correct account in Ubisoft Connect, and if not, sign into the correct account

- Restart Ubisoft Connect

- Restart your PC

- Refresh your internet connection by restarting your router / modem

Hey Basaphy,

I checked the rebind menu, and could see that "Lock Target" shows as being for the middle mouse button / wheel. It may be worth trying to rebind this, to see if you have the desired outcome. You have access to the .ini file at the following location if that can help you, but there's no section for controls unfortunately:

C:\Users\\Documents\Assassin's Creed Valhalla\ACValhalla.ini

GrampaBob1 - Looking at your specs, I'm afraid we can't guarantee the game will run. Your processor is eight years old and outside of the supported range (Radeon R9 380 or better, in the Radeon 300/Fury X series), so the best we can say is, it may run, but we cannot guarantee that. Hey BenRong, for any preset above the minimum requirements, we do list SSDs as required in our system requirements for the game. We can't guarantee that your system will run the game at the quality you want without one, though it may of course be possible.

Please provide a link to a video of the issue you're encountering, and also describe the troubleshooting steps you have taken in trying to address this issue so far.
