Thank you for taking the time to report this issue with "The Rot in the Slums" to us. I am sorry to hear that you are unable to proceed with the quest because you are unable to speak to the soldiers inside the tavern.

Just to confirm, if using Odin's Sight, is it the soldiers you have shown in your image that are highlighted as your objective? Additionally, have you at all tried reloading a previous save, to see whether you are able to progress with the objective after reaching the same point again?

Could you please provide some images demonstrating the issues you've mentioned, as well as a video showing that the clipping in action for the first issue? I can then send this to the development team for them to investigate further and see if it is something that they can fix.

Thanks for posting here on Discussions about the issue you were having with downloading the Siege of Paris DLC on your PS5. From your update, it looks like this issue is resolved for you now after restoring your licenses, but please do keep us updated as to whether you encounter any further difficulties with accessing the DLC!
