Games won during maintenance are not counted towards your wins or losses which is why it is not showing towards the new season. I do apologize that this did happen last season.

I am sorry to hear that since picking up Rainbow Six Siege again it is now randomly crashing.

I also want to thank you for all of the steps you have tried already to resolve this!

I do see your ticket with support currently and that they did send you some steps to try. Would you be willing to try the steps that were sent through your support ticket and give them an update if this helps? Thanks!

Welcome to the forums. I am sorry to hear that you are having troubles with purchasing Rainbow Six Siege credits from Steam.

Please follow the steps below to see if this helps:

- Go to Steam > Settings > In-Game tab.
- Make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is ticked.
- Go to your Steam Library.
- Right click on the game and select Properties.
- In the General tab, make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is ticked.

You may also need to clear your browser cache in Steam. To do this:
- Navigate to Steam > Settings
- In the Settings Menu find "Web Browser"
- "Delete browser cache" > OK
