I am sorry to hear that you are unable to buy Rainbow Six Siege credits through Steam. Please make sure that your Steam overlay is enabled.

Here is how to do this:
- Go to Steam > Settings > In-Game tab.
- Make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is ticked.
- Go to your Steam Library.
- Right click on the game and select Properties.
- In the General tab, make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is ticked.

You may also need to clear your browser cache in Steam. To do this:
- Navigate to Steam > Settings
- In the Settings Menu find "Web Browser"
- "Delete browser cache" > OK

Thank you greatly for the video and your explanation in the video! It is strange that it is asking you to play the placement matches even though you have already placed also that it is infinite loading and causing crashing. Thank you for all of the steps you have also tried so far!

Would you also be willing to send me a video of you trying to complete a placement match but it not counting for you? Thanks!

Would you be willing to tell me what your in game settings are for your game or provide me with a screenshot of your current settings?

Also, have you tried to set them to high to see if that makes a difference? Here is how to do this : Open Rainbow Six Siege with Vulkan > Settings > Display Resolution. Thanks!

Hiya, TheBingoKing!

Welcome to the forums. I am sorry to hear that Rainbow Six Siege downloaded twice for you for 130 Gb.

Looking into this for you it looks like the Epic Games Launcher downloads the game installer, but it does not install the game itself. Once Ubisoft Connect opens, it then uses those files to install your game for you.

If the installer files are still there for you, you should be safe to remove them manually. You can do this within your Epic installation directory there should be an "Install" folder and the files will be in there.
