Hello Everyone!

I am sorry to hear that Ultrawide Support is not working correctly since the newest update and with past updates.

Please try this troubleshooting guide to see if it restores this issue for you! If this does not help, please try to manually set Rainbow Six Siege to a higher resolution to cause the image to stretch and appear normally.

I am very sorry to hear that you are having disconnections with crashing on both Ps4 and Xbox.

For Xbox, would you be willing to tell me which generation of Xbox you are playing on?

And, for the PS4, would you be willing to check out this guide and see if it helps restore the crashing and disconnections for you at all?

MMR and Player Ranks are controlled by an in-game system. As such, Support is unable to manually make any changes to your MMR. I do apologize for all of the inconvenience and frustration that this has caused, however.
