So if your codes or purchases redeem successfully, and you don’t get your items right away, don’t panic. It’s probably a delay due to the game being slammed with the same request. Things bottleneck.
After a while feel free to submit a ticket to support. If you submitted a ticket with support and don’t get a response right away, understand that submitting a ticket puts you into a queue. They answer by order received and they are SLAMMED with tickets right now. Our team is only so big and they’re going through things as fast as they can. If you’re trying to talk to customer support at a store you still have to wait in line when they’re busy! Same concept... Except for their line has wayyyyyy more people and they all showed up at once haha.

What game modes are considered standard? I'm building a deck but i got a warning about cards being out of rotation. I understand what rotation is, but I want to be sure im not screwed out of my wilds.
All Arena modes (except for the upcoming Historic) are Standard. The game is just letting you know that the card you crafted is going to rotate out soon because sets only remain in Standard for a limited time. Those cards won't disappear from your account, but you won't be able to play it in Standard formats once it rotates out. Ixalan, Rivals of Ixalan, Dominaria, and M19 sets are going to be rotating out later this year.

Because it can break other things. Just don't.
