After reviewing the evidence, asking heads of both the main Polytopia Discord and PolyChamps, we have decided that Caviar is intentionally doctoring their statement in an attempt to slander the staff, not portraying both sides equally. The staff agrees that Caviar was banned on legitimate issues including harassment, and not "out of nowhere".
We are sorry that this had to become an issue.
Yeah. I guess this game ain't too good for me.

I think it really depends. It’ll take the color of a different tribe, but almost all of them are different colors, so I can’t tell you that if you’re the second tribe you’ll be blue, because imperius is blue so the second color would be different if that makes sense. Tbh I think it’s just random

No one's quite too sure where they came from, but Topan and Pol coming from the Moon is the generally accepted belief.
What about the moon stuff I have seen stuff about the ancients and that they went to the moon But how would they breathe in the moon? How did they go to the moon?
