I cant launch the game on Epic games. I just downloaded an update and still nothing. Is this just a servers down or what?

From what I've gathered they reviewed all past chats on people that have been reported so you may have gotten banned for something you said years ago. Same happened to me but it was a couple months ago. Only option is to make a smurf account until you're unbanned lol

We do not look nearly that far back. We only look at recent chat history to determine if a player should be banned.

That would be up to the moderators and admins for the sub. We have pinned posts for Developers because most of our comments are informational and need to be seen to prevent the same questions from being asked. With that in mind, I don't think it would be too appropriate to pin all content creator messages.

I logged a ticket and got a response, it been 2 days since i asked a question (didn't get an answer) and now my ticket has disappeared. I have one from 3 months ago that just says closed. We're experiencing a large influx of tickets due to the huge spike in players. Some tasks that are typically handled by L3 and senior agents may not be addressed as timely as before.
I'm sorry that it seems like we aren't communicating, but we are doing our best to make sure everything is addressed.
Lastly, a 3 day ban is a result of hate speech. Because of the sensitivity of bans and this chat behavior, please wait for the ticket to be addressed through the proper support channel.
Yeah I know, but it still wont show up. When I claimed the reward, it showed up in my inventory for a few seconds and when I tried to equip it just dissapeard and hasnt come back since..

When you did this trade up, you didn't trade in any trade locked items, did you?

Hey there, the Loot Llama decal is an Octane-only decal. If you don't have Octane selected in the Car Customization menu, then you won't be able to see the decal.
