Actually, the last reply is the correct one.

Currently only veterans and active military can benefit from Id.me in WoWs. In World of Tanks there's no such limitation.

We always working on improving rewards that players can get simply by linking their accounts for Id.me.

The very first response was not correct and it was our fault.

As for SMS messages rewards you referred to the old article that can be accessed by direct link only and reference to the temporary event from last year and it's not active at the moment.

Any feedback you have regarding CS forward directly to me. There are people working on the tickets and they can make a mistake sometimes especially. That's why I'm here for - so you could voice if there were any issues with your tickets so we could work on them and fix them.

As it was already stated - refund request was declined only because you used that ship in battles. If you'd contact CS right away they would honor your request

Please submit a ticket to support providing replay and WGcheck. CS can check and forward it to development if needed. I'm afraid it's impossible to submit anything without any proof and diagnostic data.

From what I see it might be because the system identified you as a recruiter but that messaging is confusing. Please send a ticket to CS so they could investigate it better

please send a ticket to CS and make sure to provide them Pingplotter report. It usually happens when your ISP forwarding your connection to our servers through different hops. I bet instead of directly going to our server they were forwarded through Europe or something. Anyway, Pingplotter is the best way to see what kind of issues are you facing.

That's an EU link. Are you sure you redeemed them for NA account?

If the answer is yes:

Make sure you also linked your account to Amazon


Check your account again - sometimes there are delays in delivering items from Amazon

Can you please tell me under which category you're trying to submit the ticket?

If there are any fields in the form that you have to fill make sure they all have valid values. Previously I've seen this error where there was a field to provide the value of the transaction and if people kept it blank or put 0 in it it would result in the same error message.

Alternatively, you can try submitting a ticket in different department/section. It might take a little longer to get a reply from but you'll get it eventually. Every single ticket gets a reply sooner or later.

That error usually appears when you forget to type in the amount of transaction that needs to be refunded. There should be any value there but blank or 0

The account can't technically be moved to another server. I'm pretty sure he forgot/changed his credentials recently. Submit a ticket to CS - they can see what's wrong and help him get access to NA account back

Check your connection and make sure to delete/update any mods you have installed.

Make sure to run Pingplotter report to get better visibility on your connection. It can also show you where exactly the issue appears
