I checked the server and there was no mass drop or any other issues so it might be on your ISP side
Try clearing out Firefox cache and cookie files. If you still have the same issue - try another browser

Easily can be mods issue. 0.9.8 was released today and old mods can cause a lot of issues. Try to run the game without mods and if that works you can try installing updated mods and see if you still have the same issue.
0.9.8 just released. Make sure that your game client is updated.
There can be many reasons for that. Try to update your graphics drivers. If that won't help - please send a ticket to CS and make sure to attach WGCheck report to that ticket

Well, It was a separate ban because you used some bad words in the chat once you got unbanned. I understand that you were not intended to insult anyone but still, it's not good. You can request to remove this ban again just keep your chat clean.
That's happened due to the fact that the answer was indeed provided in another ticket you've submitted prior to this. You can see that in the ticket 126053447.
As for the wording on these bans, we're currently working on making them clearer.
