Hi there. We're a lot more up to date than 4 days ago so we would have reached your ticket by now for sure. Make sure you're not confusing ticket submission with the issue tracker! Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the game! Alt+Enter should help, you can also modify your settings under Options > Graphics > Display > Resolution. Do make sure your GPU drivers are up to date as well but we can also take a look at your DisplaySettings.xml file if you could get in touch with the support team via https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us
