So I ended up leaving the place, went to do another mission, ended up getting my engines shot out, repaired them, then came back, and it let me dock.....wth.
I'm guessing the NPC or whoever left? Did I miss a prompt or something that gives you a clue about things like this? All I remember is getting docking request denied, no explanation why.
Hello CMDR, even in Solo play you can get a bit unlucky sometimes and have the situation of an outpost being filled with NPC pilots! To try and push things along and get the NPC to leave sooner than they otherwise might you can either relog, or travel to another system and back.
