None of the store packs are eligible for sale except Eugen as they are too recent, so dunno what you anticipated, really.
There are sales on Xbox throughout the year, 50% as well. The problem is that they are few and far in between and we aren’t allowed to make many offers at once, only 5 or 6 at most.
So like said many times, keep an eye on official War Thunder club and in game banners in hangar, whenever there’s a sale we’ll make a post.

I don't understand your question. 30% discounts only apply to ingame stuff for SL and GE. Store sale in May is different from one year to another.

You can purchase GE in our store.
You can use gift function in the Microsoft store (provided your friends have Xbox accounts). They don't even need a console for that, just register the account in the same region as yours.
