What, why

It's working as intended. Premium time included into vehicles packs in PS Store is only available when you play on the console.

Only premium account purchased in-game for Golden Eagles is synced between console and PC.

You have to login to your account from console to activate your purchases. Then they will be available on PC as well.

As usual, it will depend on sales. Given the tanks are a whole BR bracket apart, I don’t think XM-1 will be affected that much.

With PSN account you can purchase GE in PC store but not premium packs. The latter you still have to buy in PS Store and activate them from console after purchase.
