Please read the discussion in whole. To create a viable line-up for Japan at 9.0, you would have to purchase two expensive premiums. For 8.7, just one would be enough, as there are two regular Type 74s there and Type 16(P).

Two $60 premiums at once in this case to be precise) I would be happy if there were many players like this of course, but let's be real here.
