The store doesn't know your GE balance, you can only check how much GE you purchased over time in your profile history.

GE balance is reflected only in game hangar. If you are unsure what you spent in on, you can always check with the support team. Although it will take some time as I see you didn't login to the game in a while.

You didn't read the page in full it seems. It clearly states the conditions for ability to purchase GJN with methods you mentioned. Just 2FA is not enough, there's a list of other requirements.

You don't need to transfer to play on PC. Simply login with your Xbox account or via the linked email.

You can also purchase GE in PC store with Xbox account.

I don't know why you think it doesn't, the game does run at 60 fps in 4K.

We did some tests internally and lowering render resolution provided only negligible gains in fps, far from 120 or even 90. War Thunder has a very high CPU-usage so performance depends no so much on quality of the graphics but rather on how much stuff is going on on the screen at once (number of vehicles/explosions/bullets flying etc).

Don't confuse TV capabilities with actual game performance. Usually you either render in higher resolution, or at increased framerate, but not both, very few games can handle that at once.

In Enlisted for example we have options of 60 fps in 4K, or 90 fps in 1080p.

Just select War Thunder on the console home screen and click on ... near its name to check what version you have installed.

Nothing is final before update goes lives, especially such things as fire rate that may vary wildly depending on conditions/sources you use and that may be changed for balance purposes anyway.
