I see, thanks for your response. Also wanted to know if are there future plans for this type of progression in future updates? Would be nice to have a system like Diablo where there is no cap on the level even as after all the bonuses have been earned.
Right now we're just focusing on delivering Worldslayer as is - that's all we can say.
May I ask, after hitting 200 does the Ascension level continue to go up even though there are no skill points to earn?
No, as far as I'm aware, that will be the max level. However, getting there will take you a significant amount of time.

As far as I've been informed, this bug should indeed be fixed with the release of Worldslayer. If you're at all concerned about buying Worldslayer before having this fixed, you may want to update your game when Worldslayer releases and checking it then. The base game will be getting the same bug fixes that Worldslayer is.
Correct, you'll just need to buy the digital upgrade version and you should be fine.
Generally, I would agree with you. However, Square Enix support recommends that console Outriders bugs be posted on Reddit. *shrug*
While the support centre's link you shared does recommend bugs being shared here, this seems like a very account specific issue. I haven't come across other players encountering this.
Did you contact the support team at all and did you get a ticket number? Did they recommend anything or look into your account or did they redirect you here?

Leaks happen, some people don't care about NDAs, or even about the game that much, and share things on discords, fb groups and other forums. I just know where to look.
Bringing it up like this may be uncourteous of me in some eyes but I don't care. I only care about the game and want the best for it, that's all.

Yes, I was aware of that when I chose to post it. But as I said to another person who pointed it out, seeing as those bugs have been present since launch I'm just looking for some closure.
I would honestly be fine with you just saying "No, we will not/cannot fix those.", so that at least we'd know.
We have reported all of those through proper channels many times and nothing happened. So I just figured I'll try to bring attention to them like this, because sometimes it can get results. But I'm genuinely not hoping or expecting those to get fixed at this point. It would be great, of course, but it's more of a meme now.
At the very least maybe some newer players would have learned about those bugs so they don't pick those broken nodes and mods, and that's beneficial to the community too in my eyes.
We'll see what is possible, but that doesn't change the fact that using a public forum like reddit to point out bugs that exist within the beta (like the Dev Bleed) is breaking the confidentiality agreement.
Thanks for the reminders, I'll pass these on for validation to see if they were previously picked up. I do know that many fixes that weren't possible for New Horizon did make their way into the Worldslayer Builds.
Note that you are mentioning some changes and bugs observed in the closed beta, which should be reported through the beta channels and not here on Reddit. Those are all still part of the NDA you agreed to.
Did all that and no instructions in the beta at all. All my accounts were linked prior to beta and i have no notification or anything.

Fixing the Take the Pod trophy will however require a change in code, rather than customer support assistance. We're hoping to have this fixed with the Worldslayer build.
You've been so helpful in talking with the community, and responding to our "fears" and doubts, so I'm going to ask something regarding Apocalipse items and RNG, just in case you can answer:
Do you think (or even talked to the Devs) if there's even a talk about, maybe in the future, we can recalibrate one STAT as well as one Mod, not just to fight the RNG on purples, but also allow us to personalise Legendaries even more...?
By stat do you mean the attributes like "Crit Damage" or "Status Power" or "Long Range Damage" increases as seen here?

Also side question: will apocalypse variants of legendary gear be limited to new legendaries? Or will it be extended to pre-existing legendaries too? Like for example, the Reaper LMG?
As Paul said below, apocalypse variants are available for all gear.
Will there be further explanation in the DLC of how these Insurgents are a "new human faction" compared to the Insurgents we fought for the first half of the game?
Yep - there will also still be plenty of lore that you can delve into to find out more about the background of people, enemies, the planet and events.
I can understand the trepidation - while we haven't yet revealed the Endgame format, I am able to say that we are looking to make sure that the hunt for Legendary + Apo Gear isn't as it was around launch last year. That is to say, while RNG will of course continue to play a part, we will have features to help improve the hunt for specific gear items.

So, I had played the Demo when it first released back before Outriders released globally and it was plagued with issues; 30 FPS was as high as we could go, settings weren't work properly, constant crashing, high CPU and GPU temps, etc.
PCF gathered feedback and made assurances that the full retail game would have much needed improvements, however personally I never came back and experienced the full retail game. Though, I always wondered if the Demo would continuously be updated, otherwise any newcomers would be immediately turned off from the not-so-great experience.
Fast Forward to Worldslayer being announced and now I'm interested in Outriders again and I'd like to download and play the Demo to get a feel for the game again, however if the issues from Day One (of the Demo) are still present, then I won't even bother downloading the Demo.
Yep - so the demo was actually updated a few times during its life cycle, including shortly before launch, when I believe we removed the camera shake and unlocked the frame-rate for cutscenes (for example). It was last updated in July.
I'm fairly certain that most of the problems you listed as having encountered should be resolved now.

I had the same issue - logged into techno one day and all resources were at zero and all mods locked and gone. I submitted a ticket, and what followed was days of back and forth with endless requests for screenshots, numbers, dates, names, etc. I had every mod unlocked on all tiers. Yet I was asked over and over again to provide screenshots and names of every mod that I lost (which would have been just copying and pasting a list of all mods). I was asked to give exact numbers of all of the resources. How would I know this unless I’d somehow been writing the numbers down each day or something? It was extremely frustrating and finally, like most others this had happened to, I gave up because the requests were impossible.
