Hey! Sorry that you're not able to get into the game right now. If you have the time, it'd be great if you can create a ticket at http://support.fallguys.com/ for this. It's unusual and I've not seen a lot of reports on it at this second, but our CS team are better armed to look into this than I to see why it might be happening.

We're still looking into how and if we can apply them retroactively - so 2.5 was just the fix for rewarding them. It doesn't mean never - just that it's taking a while for us to figure out. Bare with us until we can solidly update on that, and sorry it happened to you :(

We're figuring it out. Team are looking into it. Players are reporting different amounts from eachother so I am inclined to still think it is probably something retro-active but stay tuned.

Did you have anything not awarded from last season? I know that the Kudos will be hard to track, but did you get any wins that weren't given to ya?
