Hey @jack_bauer-air, when loading Assassin's Creed Valhalla with your controller plugged directly into your PC, do you receive the same results when restarting both the game and Ubisoft Connect? I would also try another USB port on your PC if possible to see if you encounter the same behavior. Please keep me posted if the issue persists.

Hey @sir_rudi, first off let me apologize for the lateness in getting back to your thread. I'm glad to hear you were able to remedy the issue. From what it looks likes the issue was is that it may have been trying to access previous folders that were updated after a clean install of your operating system. This could sometimes be resolved by verifying the game files to restore the game's integrity. If you have any further issues within Valhalla or additional questions, please let us know!

To help remedy this issue you have been encountering when inviting friends in For Honor or using the chat feature in Ubisoft Connect, I would ensure that you have the latest version of Ubisoft Connect installed on your PC. @drpadawan No worries! Thanks for the update. Happy to hear the Mari Lwyd issues have been sorted out now. As for the XP Boost, I do see that Silver and XP Boost are active on your account. Would you be able to share one last video clip of the silver and XP gain when the boosts are paused and unpause? Could you also ensure that your latest save files are uploaded to the Cloud (should see a cloud icon on the save slot to confirm this)? I would like to share this information with the team to confirm if this might be a visual issue or if the boost is also showing an issue.

Hey HiRaph13, my apologies for the delay in replying to your post. Please note that the language copy of For Honor claimed to vary depending on the version provided. Please be aware that the version claimed depends on the region your account is created under and I'm afraid we are unable to add languages to this copy. I am extremely sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, but if you have any questions regarding your copy redeemed from the Epic Launcher, I would advise reaching out to Epic Support in possibly redeeming the preferred version.

Hey ZeroRvs, thanks for sharing both executions in your video clip for us! I see you have the Moment of Silence execution equipped. Do you encounter the same behavior in any of your matches or does this only occur when the preview screens? If so, could you provide a quick clip of the execution during a duel showing the same results?
