If you still receive the connection error message when switching your Faction, I would first recommend trying our PC Connectivity Guide to see if this remedies the issue with changing your Faction. Hey folks! After closing out of For Honor and Ubisoft Connect, please try Emptying the Ubisoft Connect Cache to see if you still get the same results. If you have any VPN software currently enable, I would also advise disabling it when trying to buy the Battle Pass. Please keep me posted here if you have already tried this and still receiving the same error message.

Hey Zhalal-Sama and welcome to the forums! I believe a few were able to resolve the issue with Patox_1987 post:

I add the same problem create a folder "For Honor" in My documents - My Games
If you still receive the same issue, make sure that For Honor is running Administrator Rights. I hope this helps, but please keep us posted if the issue continues.

Hey @johnd203, thanks for bringing this to us! This is issue has been brought to our team's attention and they are currently investigating this further. In the meantime, could you confirm if your save files are uploaded to the Cloud (it will have a cloud icon next to it)? This will let the team access your save files for investigations.
