None of the items in this screenshot are vanilla/official. What mods are you using? It's likely listed in the I'd lists for one of those mods.
There is no official mobile port for Unturned.
Are you sure you've configured the server info the the same server that you're actually hosting? E.g. – is the server name that you've set (brentennickunturned) appearing properly, or is it wrong too?
does not have a plugin for made this?
I'm sure there's probably a third-party plugin or framework that has commands that let you do that. But it'd be a lot simpler if you just enabled cheat commands instead.
You can't use those vanilla commands, because you disabled cheat commands.

If you have both of the mods installed, it'll generate an error in the game logs. You can also see mod-specific errors from in-game. Go to the main menu, navigate to the Workshop section, and then open the "Error Logs".
Make sure you've modified the difficulty settings of the same difficulty your server is on.
Note that these settings make you spawn with max skills. If you've already spawned, you'll need to reset the server save, or reset/kill your character so that you can respawn.

You shouldn't be manually installing maps/mods.
Use the WorkshopDownloadConfig.json file instead, and add the mod's file ID to it to automatically download them (this also let's players download the mods).

This error typically appears when item isn't bundled and/or setup in Unity properly.
Cant spawn it in
Consider providing screenshots of the modded item's folder, the contents of the .dat files, the in-game error log, and how you've set the item up in Unity.
To clarify, what's the issue with your weapon in-game? Are you unable to spawn it in? Are the animations broken?
