These are GPU-related crashes, and it sounds like you’ve already attempted to remedy it with a number of solutions. There are some other avenues to explore here: [PC] How to Resolve GPU Crashes – Fatshark
Hi @LukyySmolCZ,
Unfortunately, your GPU does not appear to meet the minimum requirement for Vermintide 2 and is resulting in the crashes you’re experiencing.
In this situation we can only recommend that you submit a refund request via the Steam client. Apologies for any disappointment caused.
Your upload speed is very low, which is unfortunately the root of this issue. I recommend having somebody else host in this situation.
Hi @Featherstomp,
You’ve run into a Deadlock crash which can be a little pesky. The crash report indicates an issue occurred with the Steam overlay. You could try disabling and re-enabling this and see if it has any positive effect.
Otherwise, running through our general ‘go to’ crash solutions may help:

Could you please provide your console logs from the sessions this tome duplication and crash occurred for you?

Some Steam disruption between 8:30pm and 9:30pm BST, but no alarming spikes in our backend. If your errors don’t correspond with the Steam downtime, I’d be inclined to believe this is more of a localised issue that I suspect will pass on its own.

It sounds like you’ve exhausted all of our usual solutions, something about your GPU isn’t playing well with Vermintide 2 and an issue of this nature would be better suited for somebody that can physically inspect the PC. Consider the PSU and whether it may be lacking in power or operating inadequately. Would you like me to contact Steam and request that they refund you?
I can see his account data is corrupted and I’ve passed this on to our Backend Engineers to look at. This should be remedied by tomorrow, if it’s still an issue then, please let me know.
I think this might be an unlucky one-time occurrence - if it becomes a repeated issue, please let us know.
Thank you for the console log, I’ve added this to our database.
Hi @Featherstomp,
In this instance the crash report doesn’t contain much information of use.
If the crash is occuring consistently, at what stage is the game crashing? and are any errors displayed on-screen to you?
Thank you.
We are aware of similar reports, and it’s currently in our database pending investigation. Apologies I’m not able to provide any solutions right now.
There is no obvious explanation for this unfortunately, I recommend exploring other potential culprits - such as overheating. Please see: [PC] How to Resolve Most Crashes in Vermintide 2 – Fatshark
Sorry about that - we should be back up and running now, please let me know if anybody is still experiencing Backend Error 1071
