Hey Chad, most of these are GPU-related. One is code-related which we’ll need to look in to. I recommend having a look here: [PC] How to Resolve GPU Crashes – Fatshark

No obvious cause for this unfortunately, like, no clues whatsoever! I can only recommend running through the remaining solutions here : [PC] How to Resolve Most Crashes in Vermintide 2 – Fatshark
Failing that, I’m happy to contact Steam and request that they issue you a refund.
Thank you, it’s in the database!
We’re on the case! Thank you.
Hello and apologies for the delayed response, I missed your post here as it wasn’t in a category.
Your crashes are GPU-related. Please see: [PC] How to Resolve GPU Crashes – Fatshark
I’ve been able to look up your crashes and can see the issues you’re experiencing are on our radar - you should see a substantial improvement in our next patch, although regrettably I’m not able to provide an ETA at this time.
Could you PM me your PSN ID so I can attempt to look up the crashes you’re experiencing please?
Edit: As for the bot complaints, you should see improvements in our next large patch.
Hi @Zumi,
I’ve responded to your support ticket, but I’ll also add the same reply here for others to view.
This specific crash is on our radar and we’re currently investigating. We’re unable to provide an immediate solution for this one, but hope to have it resolved in our next patch.
There are some other solutions here that may be worth exploring. Recently, mods have been causing some problems: [PC] How to Improve Your Performance in Vermintide 2 – Fatshark
There’s so many variables involved in identifying what causes performance issues, so it’s usually a process of elimination to determine the cause.
If you’re still out of luck, it would be appreciated if you could add your experience to this post, where we’re collecting information from players with performance issues: ...
Read moreSorry about this, we’re on the case and have a hotfix coming your way very soon!
As this started very suddenly, please try restarting your PC and let us know if it reoccurs.
It’s on our radar - apologies for the inconvenience.
You can reduce your resolution to 1080p as a workaround.
Udpate:
We’re trying to get this patch rolled back so players can play, OR, have it hotfixed - whichever we can do quicker to resolve the issue. We have it fixed and the new update being built but it depends on what can be done on a quicker turnaround - either pulling the patch or hotfixing. We’ll know more in the AM.
Again, sorry for the trouble caused.
Heroes!
Today we put out a new update for PS4. However, due to an issue with the Chaos Wastes map that renders the game mode unplayable for a subset of players, we are working with Sony to roll this back.
Meanwhile work is underway to get a corrected version out to you all soon. Our apologies for the trouble - in particular to those who have already acquired the latest update. We’ll update here as we go through the process.
Welcome to version 1.23 (and hotfix 1.24)! Including various fixes and adjustments, this update also seeks to enhance the experience for players on PlayStation 5. Faster frame rates and higher resolution are the headline changes, but lighting and shadows have been buffed as well. Full notes can be found in the main patch notes that follow:
Its not something we’re involved with or have any additional information about. That said we’re keeping tabs on the discussions about and around it.
Sorry to hear that. We’re patching on PS4 soon and I’m hopeful you’ll see an improvement in the rate of your errors then.
The Skulltaker was only made available during the ‘Skulls for the Skull Throne’ event a couple months back which was only on PC and Xbox, so that’s odd! Would you mind PMing me your PSN ID?
Simply re-launching can usually solve this, is that not the case for you?
Sorry about this, we’re having problems solving this particular crash but the developer handling it has received a lot of new information so I’m hoping it’ll be included in our next patch.
Sorry about the delayed response and auto-lock!
Both of our Backend Engineers have had a look at your account’s event and inventory history and can’t see anything blatantly untoward - everything seems to add up with no evidence of items having been suddenly revoked, etc.
In addition, the account’s statistics also seem to add-up in relation to the 8.2 hours played on record.
Could you have played Vermintide 2 on another Steam account perhaps?
