This crash appears to be mod-related. Could you please try disabling the Simple UI mod?

Some questions from our Network Engineer:

• Have you tried rebooting your router?
• Could you try logging out and back in to your Xbox account?

Queried this with a Game Designer and it’s intended - just a rare instance

Your installation appears to be incomplete/corrupted, please:

1. Right-click Vermintide 2 in your Steam library sidebar
2. Select ‘Properties’
3. Select the ‘Local Files’ tab
4. Select the ‘Verify the Integrity of Game Files’ button
5. When complete, close and reopen Steam

Could you upload the corresponding console logs also, please?

1. Press the Windows key + R
2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs
4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names

Could you try switching to DirectX 11 within the launcher’s ‘Settings’ menu if you haven’t already, please?

Sorry @varknar I’ll try to have something by the end of the day. I appreciate you’ve been waiting a long time now, I do apologise.

We’re still mostly out of the office and there’s lots of figuring out what the future of the Shark Tank will look like. Too soon to say. But we do want to up our stream game in some capacity.

Are you using the SteelSeries Engine by any chance?

I don’t think we have explicit plans to do a standalone challenge pack. Typically we release challenges along side content releases.
