D’oh! We’re on it.
D’oh! We’re on it.
Could you upload some more of your console logs, please? In the console log above, it appears the ‘Crosshair Kill Confirmation’ mod was the culprit.
I can’t see any crash data in the log unfortunately, do you have another one you could upload?
Hi @Luxara,
It appears that you’re encountering a Deadlock
crash type, which are a little notorious.
Do you (or your friend) use any mods? If so, can you try disabling them.
A stab in the dark, but you could also try a Selective Startup, which can help identify whether a background application is the cause of your crashes:
Let me know how you get on.
Hi @eddiespaghetti,
The crash report indicates a GPU-related issue. I recommend running through all of the solutions here:
Read moreIt is indeed for Weaves. @Myavo could that explain it?
Please PM me the URL to your Steam profile.
Yep, it’s something we’re aware of, as we’re often fixing specific instances of this happening, but there may be a wider underlying issue. I’m making some noise internally about it, as it’s something that I believe deserves a deeper look at. Please keep the reports coming and I can keep providing good evidence to help with investigation
We’ll look into it, thank you!
Sorry for the inconvenience, we’re looking in to this one.
My apologies @Armagald, I’ll be completely honest and say this slipped my radar. Sorry.
I’ve sent this over to our Backend Engineers, but in the mean time would you be able to try re-completing the Okri’s Challenges? This may ultimately be the quickest “solution” as it’s possible they haven’t registered correctly.
Unfortunately we do not support older versions of Vermintide 2 so we’re unable to help here.
Sorry you’re having such a bad time. Sadly the last log in which you experienced the Server Error
doesn’t tell us much.
I think I’ve been able to locate the crash you experienced yesterday though, around an hour before your post here? I can see it’s being worked on.
Hedge and a couple of others are looking in to this right now!
All I can see in the crash data is a GPU-related error, which may well be the result of an error in our code but from experience 95% of these crashes have a localised cause, such as bad drivers or overheating. I appreciate you’ve already re-installed your GPU drivers which would eliminate that option.
We’ll keep an eye out for related issues but in the mean time I recommend running through the remaining solutions here: [PC] How to Resolve GPU Crashes – Fatshark
Hi @Bloody_Nine, so we can take a look at this, could you please message me with your Steam Profile URL? Thanks!
I’ve added this to our database for investigation, thanks Harridas!
Acknowledged was just an error on my part. D’oh. Updated!
