As mentioned above, there is a known bug with V1 skins sometimes not unlocking when they should. If you submit a support ticket we’ll get it sorted for you

Are you using Avast, AVG, SpyBot, 360 Total Security or BullGuard Anti-Virus?

The plan is to have content out prior to Season 4, but if it needs a bit more spit and polish we can do that without having to delay the roll of the seasons. It is easy to think that this is a way for us to just deliver less, but it honestly is a way for us to deliver without having to move Seasonal dates.

Restarting the Steam client, sometimes required several times, will solve this. This is due to a miscommunication between Steam and our backend, causing DLCs to be “unlinked” to the account.

I think - for both of you here - the best way to proceed would be to contact Easy Anti-Cheat directly, who are infinitely better at handling EAC-related issues than we are.

As SirKruber has also mentioned above, I can see that you are using the ‘Third Person Equipment’ mod. Can you please try disabling this and see if the issue resolves?
