When I look at your darktide_launcher.log it appears the incorrect GPU is in use:

If your system is BSOD then that’s more of an lower level OS problem. Can you do a full windows update on your system as a first step

Can you try

1. Run steam as an administrator
2. Re-verify your game cache
3. whitelist the darktide directory from your anti-virus, or temporarily disable it

Can you specify what platform you are playing on

Are you forcing the Nvidia card via the Nvidia control panel for the game?
