It’s an Access Violation which could maybe be an unlucky one off. If this occurs again/frequently for you could you provide further crash reports?

Still doing a lot of back-and-forth with Valve, unfortunately. Holding out hope for something worthwhile by the end of the week.

We’ve seen other reports of this behaviour linked to disruptions in the backend.

Admittedly, I don’t think I’ve ever seen this particular error before. DatDing makes a solid recommendation above, certainly worth trying. Keep us posted.
